I’d like to take a moment to recognize some people of the 311 community who have helped me out or just been great friends over the years. I have 311 to thank for bringing all of these wonderful people into my life! MUCH LOVE, respect & thanks to:

- 311 – for without you, of course, this site would not exist and I would not be nearly as happy as I have been the past 9 years had I not discovered your music. I also would not have all the great memories I cherish as a result of all of the traveling I do to see your shows, and would not have met any of the awesome people with whom I now share an unexplainable bond. Thank you for being who you are and continuing to make some of the best music in the world—please don’t stop, EVER!!

- Peter Raspler – I feel like I can’t really thank you enough for everything. It has been an honor helping you out with different projects and I am grateful for the relationship we have developed this past year. Your genuine care and concern for the fans is AWESOME, and I truly appreciate your generosity!

- Joan O’Reilly – Thanks for everything you do to keep the bb in order. You do a great job, especially considering how obnoxious we can be at times! I think that having P-Nut’s mom as the moderator of the bb helps us feel a more personal connection to the band, and shows that their grassroots approach is still in place. I REALLY hope to meet you someday! =)

- Dusty – You played a MAJOR role in getting me into 311. I remember thinking in high school, what is with this guy and 311? What’s so great about them, why is he so obsessed?! Too bad it took so long, but without you, I don’t think I would have discovered the MASTERS that are 311, and would be missing out on A LOT. I’ll never forget listening to the blue album with you on the way down to Radiohead. It may sound dumb, but that day really changed my life forever—you showed me what was up, and for that I THANK YOU!!

- Clint – You were the only other 311 fan I knew for years (besides Dusty). Again, I wish I would have realized earlier, but props to you for being an oldschool fan and bber who knew what was going on YEARS before me!!

- Dan, a.k.a. UNITY – My BFF of over 3 years now (no longer just bb BFF)!! I’m so glad that we talked that first night back in October 2005—I knew right away after talking for 6 straight hours, primarily about 311 (!) that you were a very special person and that I had finally found someone to share my love for 311 with. I know we will never forget those first two IL shows we attended together back in November 2005 – that was just the beginning. All the shows and 311 Days since then have been nothing short of AMAZING!! I of course LYLAB, and wouldn’t trade our friendship for anything. You are a true and dedicated 311 fan, and I am blessed to finally have someone to share the magic with. LUCKY rules! And to quote Nickel at 311 Day ‘08: “UNITY IS DEFINITELY IN THE HOOOUUUSSEEE!!!” FARK YEAH BIRCH! =D

- Glen, a.k.a. GLENGINE – I am SO incredibly happy to have become good friends with you over the past 3 years or so. All the summer shows and the past two 311 Days were AWESOME, and I can’t wait to add to our long list of shows and travels this summer! We’ve covered many many miles and states together and I hope to keep adding more and more. You are a truly dedicated 311 fan and awesome person, and I am extremely lucky to know you and have you as a friend! =D

- Mark, a.k.a. mark_IL – U HERE:?: You are one of the very first bbers I ever met, down at the DeKalb show in November ’05. I’m so glad that we’ve become good friends over the years, and it has been awesome hanging out at the summer shows, 311 Days, and randomly in Madison and Chicago. You are one of the best people I’ve met through 311 and I look forward to seeing you soon! LOVE YA BOI!11 =D =D

- Aaron, a.k.a. ocojaa – You were HILARIOUS at 311 Day ‘08 and I commend you for getting all those signatures on the bb photo thing. The green shirt was a hit, I am definitely READY TO GET DRUNK & HIGH WIT Y’ALL!! Going out after the 311 Day show with you was an absolute blast and I will never forget it. =D

- Shaun, a.k.a. wolverine54901- I can’t believe it, another 311 fan, and bber, from WI?! Too good to be true! It’s been great getting to know you, and we’ve had some good times over the past few years. Thank you so much for driving us to shows, and for always waiting so patiently for me (while I’m getting ready, or when I don’t come back for like two hours from the buses!) And thanks for taking sweet videos at the shows and sharing them with everyone! It’s really kewl that you do that. Hope to see you soon! =D

- Rene , a.k.a. 21stunGun- I still can’t believe I “found” you after seeing you at the Fan Party way back in ‘04 – I didn’t know a single bber, but watched you all night as you stood on some pedestal in the middle of the party, singing along to every single 311 song. I thought, who is this guy? He looks SO happy, and looks like so much fun!! Now, 5 years later, I am so glad that fate brought us together – you are one of my favorite 311 fans I have ever met! You are always bursting with energy, and it is impossible to be in a bad mood around you (no matter how crabby I may feel!). It was great experiencing Vegas with you in ‘06, Austin this past summer, and the past two 311 Days as well. I really cannot wait to see you this summer!

- Gill, a.k.a. nonpointgrl311 – I’m so glad we became friends at 311 Day ‘06, and it’s been awesome getting to know you! NOLA was of course a blast – we definitely have the 3 best pictures from the whole trip! Hope to see you this summer!

- Megan, a.k.a. KegginMeggin – You are one of the coolest girls I’ve gotten to know through 311. You are super fun to hang out with and it was great seeing you in STL this summer. It was also awesome hanging out til 7AM our last night in NOLA, and I really hope to see you this year – you better come visit me in LA!!

- Brett, a.k.a. TOO PREVAIL – You’re pretty crazy, but deep down you’re a good person and a dedicated 311 fan. I’ll never forget blasting the Nutsymptom remix that night in Hermosa! And Vegas ‘06 was the best…walking in on that Salsa soundcheck was one of the most memorable moments of my life. <3 And who could forget the afterparty in Santa Barbara…Ron Saint? =D I’m definitely looking forward to hanging out more in CA.

- Chris, a.k.a. TRANQUIL4ALL – SUP BOI? HOLLAH111 You are definitely one of my all-time favorite people on the board, and although you don’t seem to be as obsessed with Rosanne, Juvenile, Lil Romeo and Jamie Lynn Spears lately, luckily you are still obsessed with Morrissey (DA KING) which puts you at the top of my list! 311 Day ‘06 was awesome and I feel so special to have been your roommate! =D I’m glad we got to bond during that Hilary Duff movie. I also cherish the video of you cutting the bread–wow, the fun times we had. =D I’m sad we didn’t get to hang out more in NOLA, but you were definitely the best-dressed gentleman at the show. =D I hope to see you again soon!! - THURSDAY NIGHT CREW & SATURDAY NIGHT CREW – You know who you are! (TNC = Mark, Jess, Gill, Scott, John, Joel, GGGJ, etc…SNC = too many to name!) Those were some of the funnest nights of my life! It was SO awesome finally meeting all of you. I will never forget the excitment and the energy in the air that night, and it was the perfect way to begin the best weekends ever. Can’t wait til 2010!! =D

- Phobia191, a.k.a. Adam – Thanks for being a great friend over the past few years! And thank you SO much for the DVDs of all the photos, audio and live shows…I swear one of these days I’ll get it all up on the site! You have possibly the most extensive 311 merch collection out there…I want to see it in real life one of these days! Hope to see you at some shows this summer!

- Cori, a.k.a. isisbluemoon311 – It was so funny how we ended up meeting in Fort Wayne last year! Of course we end up being some of the only people obsessed enough to be standing outside the venue in the freezing cold trying to hear the soundcheck!! =D It was awesome seeing you a few times last year, and thank you SO much for letting me crash at your hotel in Columbus! You guys really helped me out! You’re a great girl and I can’t wait to see you again – hopefully you can make it out to LA sometime this year!

- Bonnie – It’s been a while since I’ve met a girl as awesome as you! It’s so great to know another girl who loves 311 (and NICK!) as much as I do, and you are a super sweet person on top of it! Not to mention extremely gorgeous! I cannot WAIT to meet you, it better happen this year! And you WILL meet 311 this year too, I know it! Love ya!!

- Phil – It’s been really great chatting and getting to you know the past few months! You’re a great friend and I cannot wait to finally meet you!

- PJ, a.k.a. koosh – I love the fact that we are passionate about so much of the same music in addition to 311, like Elliott Smith, the Shins, and No Doubt, just to name a few. I really enjoy your presence on the board and hope to see you again soon. Every two years is not enough! =D

- Will – You are one of the greatest 311 fans I know! You are an extremely kind and positive person, and it takes a lot to really make you upset or say anything mean-spirited. I love that about you! It was cool hanging out with you a bit in Austin last summer, and thank you again SO much for helping me out with that very important “stuff!” If you ever need a favor, just let me know!

- Jenn – Thank you SO much for helping me out with audio for the site over the past year or so! It’s been awesome getting to know you and I’m so glad we got to meet in STL last summer! Hopefully you can make it to some more shows this year!

- Brent, a.k.a. WWIT – I’m glad we met at the IL shows back in ‘05, that was really fun! I feel like I haven’t seen you for a while…you better hit up some more shows this summer! CULT PIC!! ON A MISSION TO VACATE, UGH, UGH!!!

- Eric, a.k.a. lucid – You were actually one of the first bbers I met back at the IL shows in ‘05, and it’s been great hanging out at shows and of course, the past two 311 Days. There is so much to thank you for – the floor ticket in Champagne, the Salsa petition for the Milwaukee show in ‘05, and who else would wait by the buses with me in below freezing weather?! I also have to thank you ENDLESSLY for letting me sit on your shoulders during TRIBUTE in 2006 – you allowed me to have that magical moment with SA =D Also, you graciously let me do it again in 2008 for Omaha Stylee and PARADISE, which was beyond awesome since I got to connect with the band AND experience the end of Paradise with an unparalleled view. Being above everyone while all that confetti fell through the air at the end of the show was SO surreal and I will never forget it!! I owe ya!!

- Dave, a.k.a. Shawn Kemp – You are definitely one of the coolest 311 fans I know, and a super nice guy on top of it! I can’t believe you own that guitar…and I can’t wait to come see it! Pretty soon I’ll only live 4 hours from Vegas!

- Jared – It’s a pleasure to know such a down to earth, kind and generous person. You are definitely one of the best 311 fans who also reps the Midwest!! Hope to see you soon in CA!

- Dustin, a.k.a. live311music – It was great seeing you at 311 Day again, and I’m glad you were there to sit and talk with in the hall while be both felt like shit and missed out on part of the show! =( It was cool running in to you at the Columbus show as well. Hope to see you this summer!!

- Josh, a.k.a. Dun-Dun – I had a great time hangin with you at 311 Day this year! You were always there to talk to or get a drink with and I knew from the moment I met you that you were a great guy. I look forward to seeing you again, hopefully this summer! Your Photoshop work is the BEST and always makes me laugh. Keep it up!

- Ben (“Blind Ben”) – You are truly an inspiration to me and many other 311 fans. It has been an honor to help you out at shows, and even moreso, to see your excitment and happiness while 311 is on stage. The band and the family of fans that has formed around them is absolutely amazing, and I am so thankful for everyone involved. It has been really special spending time with you!

- MQOldSkewlMattyBoo311 – I wish we still talked as much as we once did. It was great finally meeting you at 311 Day ‘06, too bad you couldn’t make it this year. =( You are one of the most selfless and caring people I have ever met, and are incredibly down to earth. I miss you!!

- peppers – So, we’ve met 3 times now and FINALLY got to hang out at the Fort Wayne show. It was awesome being next to you on the rail for the whole show, especially when I got to cough all over you. It was a great time though and I hope to do it again soon. =D

- Gunther – I’m so glad we met at that Madison show back in ‘05. You are an awesome person and a hardcore fan, and I can’t wait to see you again soon! Thanks for showing me the setlist halfway through 311 Day ‘08. =D =(

- All the fans that visit this site – Thank you SO much for your comments and submissions, and for participating in the site. A BIG thank you also to those of you who have contacted me personally – your kind words are very encouraging, and I just want to let all the fans out there know, I do all this for you! =D
