Thanks for the lyrics! Great song. One lyrical mishap though. On the bridge the line you wrote of “as I wander along, town to town” to me sounds very much more like “as I wander AROUND, town to down”. The assonance sounds better that way and I’m pretty sure that is what they say. MAD PROPS TO YOU for getting the lyrics out in the first place!

I guess I’m going to have to imagine what the song sounds like….the crappy stations down here haven’t played it yet (I had to work last night). My home ‘puter is still down and all the mp3 links are blocked at my job *sniff*.

heyy alyssa…not 100% sure, but i think instead of “I think of all those years you saw me through tears” it may be “I think of all those years you SUNG me through tears” ….take a listen and see what you think.
i only thought of this bc the song is about music and maybe the music is making him sing his way through sadness. just what i hear. thanks for the lyrics!
